Trading Arc LLP is a small, opinionated team of traders, researchers, engineers and educators. We write the code, design the curriculum, trade our own accounts, and teach in public. If you care about craft, process, and the Indian markets — we probably want to work with you.
We're not a marketing shop pretending to be a trading firm. Every member of the team reads a live chart, writes production code, or teaches a cohort — often all three.

Most engineering, content and community roles are fully remote across India. Research and desk-facing roles are hybrid from our BKC office — we meet Tuesdays & Thursdays. Your home setup, your rules.

Lead the single-stock research desk. Build bottom-up theses on mid/large caps, publish weekly deep-dives, and train juniors on model hygiene. 5+ years on the buy- or sell-side preferred.
Design and teach our F&O curriculum — straddles, condors, calendars, adjustment logic. Host weekly live sessions and write long-form study notes on expiry structures.
Own our member platform end-to-end: journaling tools, cohort workflows, live webinar rooms. Stack is TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, and a little Python for the data pipes.
One-on-one journal audits for our mentorship cohort. 15–20 hours a week, flexible. Ideal for an active trader with 5+ years of logged trades and strong written feedback skills.
Ship the chart tools, calculators and simulators you see on this site. Strong eye for motion, typography, and data viz. React, D3 or Canvas experience required.
Own distribution — YouTube, Telegram, newsletter, search. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with research and engineering, not from a separate marketing silo. No growth-hacker types, please.

For traders & researchers: a trade-journal walkthrough and one live market case study. For engineers: a scoped take-home (4–6 hrs) plus a system-design discussion.
You meet both founding partners. Expect deep questions on your process, a code/portfolio walk-through, and an open conversation on how you'd approach the first 90 days.
We close references in parallel with the panel. Offers go out within 48 hours of the final round with a written breakdown of comp, benefits, and scope.
