These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("user", "member", "you") and Trading Arc LLP ("Trading Arc", "we", "our", "us"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. By accessing tradingarc.in, our Telegram channels, tools, study sheets, or any paid programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the platform immediately.
We may also publish supplementary policies — such as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Grievance Redressal Policy — that are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Trading Arc LLP operates a market-education platform and trader community. We publish learning material, strategy walkthroughs, journals, cohort mentorship and educational tools focused on Indian equities, intraday and F&O concepts.

All text, video, audio, charts, journals, code, tool output, logos, and other material available on the platform (collectively, the "Content") is the property of Trading Arc LLP or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable Indian IP laws.
Subject to these Terms and your continued payment, Trading Arc grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Content for personal learning only. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.
Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly or annually, as chosen at checkout. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways — Trading Arc does not store full card or bank details.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges on the billing cycle you selected until you cancel. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Trading Arc makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — regarding:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Arc LLP, its partners, designated partners, employees, mentors and contractors shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fee actually paid by you to Trading Arc in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or industry best practice. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify members by email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to the grievance redressal process set out in our Grievance Redressal Policy, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
